Great staff, from the front desk to housekeeping, I've only encountered kind and helpful employees here. Rooms are basic but comfortable and I really appreciate having a microwave and fridge! Location is super convenient for all the areas I need to access. It's become my favourite place to stay in Victoria
I was having the worst week coming out of the hospital and we had to stay at this hotel for my daughter’s volleyball tournament… The assistant manager Larissa made me feel like I was at home. She met all of my needs and took care of me as if she was my nurse thank you for going above and beyond if you wanna feel at home then this is the place you need to be when you’re away from home!
Clean and really nice rooms. Staff is super friendly and rhe restaurant attached is amazing. Great Indian place across the street too
I only had the pleasure of staying one night at this cute, cozy Inn. The front counter staff were super friendly and personable. I felt very welcomed. My request for a late checkout was addressed without hesitation and they were very willing to accommodate. I will definitely stay at the Accent Inn for future visits.
Mary was amazing. Our room was spotless. Bin 4 lounge was a great place to meet up with friends. Wonderful meal. Amazing stay. Thank you for all the extras.
Had a recent 2 night stay. Excellent front desk services. Rooms are decent, coffee/tea, internet, smart TV. Everything you need nearby. 15 min drive to the Royal Jubilee Hospital. My only negative is, someone other than I had a extra fun time in this room as evident with the slippery hand prints on the headboard; kinda gross.
The rooms are super updated,contain ambient lighting and are very clean. The staff are friendly and the location is central to almost everything. The Garry Oak tree is out back and its beautiful for those dendrophiles(tree enthusiasts).
This is my second time staying here, this time I brought the whole family! Including the dog. I love the duck! They even gifted our dog with treats he loves and a handkerchief to wear that actually fits! The staff are so friendly and helpful and happy! This must be a great place to work and a fantastic place to stay. I will be back
